Chocolate for Breakfast - Nibs & Granola

- Combine oats and sugar in a bowl. Mix separately maple syrup, oil, salt and pour mixture over oats.
- Put oats in different baking pans and bake at 250 F for 1hr 30 min, stirring every 15 minutes.
- Once baked, let cool down. Mix in nibs and chocolate bits. Store in an airtight container for up to 2 months.
