Our chocolatiers take great pride in making masterful and delicate items for you to enjoy. As a result, we pack every order with care to arrive at its destination like it left our shop. We ship all chocolate orders with gel packs.

Please allow 1-3 days for processing of packages. UPS does not deliver to residences on Saturday/Sunday, so keep in mind when calculating transit times. 

Our standard shipping is 2 to 3 days after it has left our shop. Please note that orders ship Monday and Tuesday only in order to avoid chocolate sitting in a shipping warehouse. Contact us if you need your order delivered sooner to make proper arrangements.

Standard shipping costs $9.99 within the USA. We offer free shipping with orders over $49 within USA. Shipping fees are non-refundable when a shipping address is entered incorrectly at the time of purchase by client. 

If you order by noon on Tuesday, your order will be shipped out the same week. If you order after noon on Tuesday, it will be shipped the following week. We ship via UPS  and they only deliver on weekdays. We use USPS if due to your location they will deliver quicker (especially during hot months). To avoid having your product sit in a shipping warehouse over the weekend, we only send out orders early in the week so that they can be shipped that same week. We do this to ensure that you receive your product in the best possible condition.

We ship internationally on a request-only basis. This also applies to shipping to APOs (military bases). Please send us an email at info@exquisitochocolates.com and we will determine whether shipping to your international location is possible. Note that for international orders, we only ship non-perishable goods like chocolate bars. Bonbons cannot be shipped internationally because of their perishable nature.

We do not ship via freight forwarders since we cannot guarantee that the quality of your order will  not suffer. To avoid your delicate chocolate from sitting in a warehouse or being mishandled, we do not recommend shipping through freight forwarders and cannot guarantee quality if you choose to order in this way.

We are not responsible for packages that are returned as undeliverable or damaged due to customer neglect. If your items are returned back to us due to insufficient/incorrect address, we can send again with the shipping costs covered by the client. We do not offer refunds if you choose not to have items re-shipped and/or if they are damaged as a result of the address error.
