Velvety European Hot Chocolate

1 cup whole milk
1/2 cup 73% Haute Chocolate mix

Heat up milk until steaming in a small pot over the stove or in a heatproof bowl in the microwave
Pour the Haute Chocolate mix on top of the warm and whisk together until fully incorporated. Use a frother or hand mixer for extra volume
Serve immediately in mugs. We love adding a few marshmallows on top
