Frozen Hot Chocolate

- Combine water, milk and sugar in a pot. Place on medium heat until it lightly boils.
- Add chocolate and whisk together until combined. Reduce to low heat and continue stirring for 5 minutes.
- Remove from heat and let cool down. It is preferable to cool in the fridge for a few hours before using.
- In a blender, place 1 cup of ice for every 1/2 cup of chocolate mix. Combine until it resembles a thick smoothie. Serve and enjoy immediately.
- You can place unused chocolate mix in the fridge for about 4 days or freeze for up to a month.
